Multi-Cool will provide a 12-Month Installation Warranty on any Multi-Cool Installation.

Multi-Cool Air-Conditioning are Warranty Agents for Daikin Australia and LG Electronics. By retaining a copy of your
Proof of Purchase document when purchasing an Air-Conditioner, you ensure one of our highly qualified and trained
Technicians can attend to all your Air-Conditioning needs under the Manufacturer Warranty.

Your air-conditioning units are covered by the manufacturers warranty on Parts and Labour. Parts and Labour Warranty
covers the repair and replacement of any parts on the machine e.g. Compressor, PC Boards, Fan Motors etc. that may
break down. Warranty does not cover maintenance related issues such as cleaning filters, unblocking drains, loose
electrical connections, corrosions etc. that can also cause equipment malfunction.

On any installation Multi-Cool complete, you receive a 12-Month Multi-Cool Installation Warranty which covers any
Installation defects (Labour Only) and the equipment is subject to the Manufacturer’s Warranty. Installation or
Manufacturers Warranty does not cover Maintenance related issues or defects relating to lack of maintenance.
